Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the items arrive damaged or if there was a mistake on our part in processing your order. All products are final sale and non-returnable due to safety concerns associated with ingestible products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at envision@envisionlead.com, and we will review your request for a refund or replacement.

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a return. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received an incorrect product due to our packaging error, we will gladly correct it. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Contact Timeframe

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issues. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email us at envision@envisionlead.com with your order number, photos of the damage or incorrect item, and a description of the issue.
  • Return Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  • Shipping Costs: If the return is approved due to damage or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless they were damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement after we process them.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Customer Responsibility

  • Shipping Address: Ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Product Use: Please read the product labels and instructions before use. We are not responsible for any adverse effects caused by incorrect usage.
