At Envision Lead, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped. Please note that weekends and holidays may impact our delivery timelines based on the shipping method you select. Orders with paid shipping options will be prioritized for faster processing.

Kindly be aware that we do not ship on weekends.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but typically range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Please note that delivery times for international orders may be longer and subject to customs processing.
  • Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are subject to a shipping fee. A wholesale order contains more than 20 products or an order with a total value of $1,000 or more.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Restricted Areas: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. Please ensure your shipping address is valid and complete.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package's progress online.
  • Delivery Issues: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, and you cannot locate it, please contact us at envision@envisionlead.com, we will initiate a claim with the courier using the tracking number provided. The investigation process may take a few days. Once the courier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a refund or replacement, based on your preference.
  • If a package is returned to sender due to an error on address or any other circumstances, we will issue a refund minus the original cost of shipping.

Shipping Delays

  • Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • High Demand Periods: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Address

  • Correct Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee them if the order has already been processed.

To Cancel an order

  • Regrettably we are unable to cancel your order from our customer service department. Once your order has entered into our shipping process it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: If you place an international order, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility.
